its all about the bling!

everyone knows its all about the bling! the mardi gras half marathon was today in new orleans. it was a nice flat course, sucky water station and toilet support though! and i was so excited to have mom, aunt jane and james there at mile 8 for support! itll be fun to run it again next year! i cant seem to finish a half in under 2:30, but at least im finishing! imma have to add some serious speed work this summer during marathon training.

dad has made me pancakes before my st jude races, so we decided to try something different this weekend. mom made me WAFFLES! i love momma's waffles too. they were great before the race with peanut butter on them! thanks ma!

so, im trying to stop cussing as much as part of my lent sacrifices...every time i do i have to pay five cents. i looked for a soup bowl at church the other day, but couldnt find one, so i made my own at work the other day. :)
